Three days before the election, conversations about Sweden's future will be everywhere. We want to bring together the people who are actively building that future. Grant Thornton is convening a select group of founders, investors, business leaders, and technology executives for an invitation-only roundtable at Volvo Studio Stockholm.
We believe the experience and perspective of everyone in the room will be central to this discussion. This is an opportunity to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions and help shape recommendations for Sweden's future competitiveness.

- How can Sweden attract, develop and retain world-class talent?
- What changes are needed to secure Sweden's future workforce and leadership capacity?
Innovation, investment and AI leadership
- How can Sweden strengthen its position in AI and emerging technologies?
- What conditions are required to attract investment, innovation, and next-generation companies?
Outcome
The conclusions from the discussions will be consolidated into a
Business competitiveness agenda. A collective set of recommendations for policymakers, business leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders on how Sweden can strengthen its position as a leading technology and business nation.
